6. Are your products ready for immediate delivery?

Shipping costs range between SAR 150–250 depending on your location and order size.
13. Do you have a return and refund policy?
Yes. Customers may return their order if they receive a wrong or damaged item, provided it's reported at the time of delivery and receipt.
14. Is there a chance the fabric color or texture may differ upon delivery?
No. We ensure full transparency—our team visits you before production so you can inspect and approve the exact fabric.

٦) هل منتجاتكم جاهزة للتسليم الفوري؟
نحن لا نبيع منتجات جاهزة. جميع منتجاتنا يتم تصنيعها بناءً على طلب العميل لتلائم احتياجاته الخاصة.
٧) هل يمكنني العثور على موديلات مشابهة بأسعار أقل؟
قد تجد تصاميم مشابهة، لكننا نضمن لك فرق الجودة في كل تفصيل — من المواد إلى التشطيب.

١٠) ما هو معيار الجودة في إطار الأريكة؟
الإطار يُصمم بدقة هندسية، ويُنتج باستخدام أفضل أنواع الخشب السويدي أو الزان لمتانة تدوم لسنوات.
١١) ماذا يميز الإسفنج المستخدم لديكم؟
نستخدم نوعية ممتازة من الإسفنج عالي الكثافة، ليمنحك راحة تامة ويدوم دون ترهل لسنوات طويلة، بخلاف الأنواع التجارية التي تنكمش بسرعة.
١٢) ما هي تكلفة الشحن والتسليم؟
تتراوح تكلفة التوصيل ما بين 150 إلى 250 ريال سعودي، حسب الموقع الجغرافي وحجم الطلب.
١٣) هل لديكم سياسة إرجاع أو استرداد؟
نعم، نقبل الإرجاع في حال استلام منتج مختلف عن المطلوب، أو في حال وجود تلف واضح أثناء التسليم، بشرط التبليغ الفوري عند الاستلام.

كلا، نحن نضمن تطابق القماش تماماً من خلال زيارة معاينة مسبقة يقوم بها العميل في موقعه لاختيار واعتماد القماش قبل الإنتاج.

نعم، جميع منتجاتنا مشمولة بضمان لمدة عامين يشمل عيوب التصنيع لأننا نثق بجودة ما نقدمه لعملائنا.
